In the early planning stages of the National Medicare Education Program, I wrote the strategic communications plan that was the blueprint for this effort. During the development phase of the program, I managed the formative research, message and materials development, alliance building, and media relations. I also managed the national launch of this national health education program’s first public website, including partnership development and media relations.
